"Had water leaking from the ceiling and mold and bugs in our room. Got moved to a temporary room for one day and told a permanent solution would be made the next day. We were finally given a new room around 6pm after being out of the temporary room by 9am. This hotel is run down and needs a major update. Tried to get a partial refund, but hotel refused to reply to Expedia. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. We were not the only ones to have room issues while we were there."
"All of the charm, beauty and hospitality I have ever experienced at other hotels in Bermuda is lost here at St. Regis. It doesn’t appear that they need or want your business but rather just expect it. I only stayed here on the last night of my 6 nights here as I wanted to see another area of the island but truly regret not staying where I was."
"It is just beautiful, the grounds, resort it’s the perfect gift for relaxation and reconnection to your spouse and yourself. The food was delicious and the resort personnel were very helpful, very polite, very warm in their interactions with myself and my wife. I just returned from my stay at Dawkins Manor....Mrs Dawkins was a great host...don't expect the most updated furnishings and ammenities but you get what you pay for and it was a great value....super clean....nice amount of space...very centrally located...walk to market, the beach, bus stop....I will definitely stay there again when traveling back to the island."
"The staff was very nice and our room was beautiful. The weather was awful so that limited what we could do. The restaurant was very expensive and the food not very good. There’s really no beach either."
"The resort was quiet and views outstanding. Restaurants, ferry boat, grocery store, busstop within a 10-min walk. Free shuttle van convenient to these areas plus to the beaches."
