"We were offered a sale price from Expedia only to arrive at Coco Reef and have them charge us almost $200 more. Buyer beware, Coco Reef lied about us charing things to the room and lied to us about "extra taxes and fees". The original sale price had included taxes and fees. Expedia did not get us our money back. Choose a better hotel, and don't trust Expedia sales."

"We have stayed at most of the nice resorts in Bermuda but what separates this property from the others is not just the beachfront pink sand beach with no shuttle needed but that it is a family run business. It really makes a difference. It is not corporate at all - it feels very personable. The owners are very present and very friendly and really go out of their way to make sure that you are happy and are having a good time. We had an issue where the room below us had a bunch of chain smokers. We could not go out onto the balcony due to the strong smoke coming up as we have asthma. David (one of the owners) really took care of us and moved us to a really beautiful suite which was incredible. It was over and above what we would have expected. Each time we saw him he would make sure to say hello and ask if there was anything that we needed. Just a really nice, classy touch. We would absolutely stay here again. "
