Cannot think of one flaw and I've stayed at hotels all over the world. Beautiful hotel in a stunning location, only to be matched by the warmth of the hotel staff and the character of the rooms. Superb Hotel !!! The staff was amazing very soft-spoken, and really understanding they ensured my stay was comfortable. The room was clean and neat. Overall I enjoyed and loved my stay at the hotel.

Fabulous place to stay. We were in the newer part of the hotel -- possibly a new building, or a refurbished old one -- but it had been thoughtfully designed and beautifully put together. The walkway to get there went outside, and was only partially covered -- so you might get wet in the rain, although I noticed a stack of umbrellas at reception! Everything else was amazing. What a find! This hotel is small and cosy and ideally situated with just a 5 minute walk from the main market square. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast had a good range with fresh pastries, continental range and also full English, and even champagne which was a lovely touch. The room was very stylish with all the facilities you require including a jacuzzi bath. The car park is also an added bonus (although you have to book in advance). We drove to Brugge from Canterbury. We used the sat nav to find our hotel. Unfortunately, there were roadworks on the street leading to the hotel. The sat nav was confused which meant we drove round in circles for quite a while. Eventually I rang the hotel. The hotel manager came to meet us. He took the wheel and drove us to the hotel. We had a wonderful stay at Boutique Hotel Sablon. The service was outstanding from start to finish. We arrived around 1:00 pm, well before the 3:00 pm check-in, and after leaving our luggage at reception, we were pleasantly surprised to find our room ready at 2:00 pm. Clean, practical, straightforward but comfortable, convenient location between train station and centre, great condition and friendly professional staff. Good choice! Also pleasant top floor reception cafe area - breakfast worth having.

It was very convenient hotel near the European Union. The bus to airport was in 1 min walking distance. This train metro station 2 mins walking distance and 5 stops about 10 mins to city centre. No complimentary breakfast. Hotel staff helpful. Room clean and spacious enough.
