"I stayed for 2 nights at Best Western Heritage, and I had a wonderful experience. I truly loved the atmosphere in the lobby; it was very neat, clean, calm, and quiet. My hotel room was excellent—very spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the beautiful beach view from my balcony. All of the staff members were very polite, friendly, professional, and helpful, especially the front office staff, Sajeda and Fardin. I would also like to specially mention Najrul Bhai, who was extremely helpful and kind. He arranged transportation for us to visit Inani Beach, and we truly enjoyed the trip a lot. Without his support and assistance, our experience would not have been as enjoyable. Thank you so much, Najrul Bhai, for your wonderful behavior and outstanding service. I truly appreciate all the efforts made by the hotel staff to make my stay comfortable and memorable. I would love to visit again in the future, and I would highly recommend Best Western Heritage to everyone who is looking for excellent hospitality and outstanding service. Thank you once again for providing me with such a pleasant experience and beautiful memories. I sincerely appreciate it."

"We were visiting Bangladesh from Canada. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had with any hotel internationally. The check in time was very delayed. They could not give us a meal after we ordered one. The toilet did not flush properly, Washroom door did not close. Our room’s faucet/shower only had hot water. The staff and general manager were liars and did not give any apology. There is no shuttle service although they advertised this. I would give this place a 0 star if there was an option for this."
