(1,026 reviews) The housekeeper was very nice on the 5th floor. She’s from Bangladesh. The receptionists were very nice as well. Breakfast was very good! The room was nice! Room #501, BUT, it SMELLS SO BAD! and NO HOT WATER! We complained at the receptionist. She called her manager. And, We got the BEST ROOM, 4th floor, in the building! Very spacious two queen size beds, one full bed, two televisions, big nice bathroom with Hot water. My sister and I are very pleased. Thank you to all the staff! Overall, 100% SATISFIED!
