Breakfast was a great price and had a big variety of items to choose from, in addition to made-to-order omelettes, oatmeal, or pancakes. The airport shuttle service was a huge help for our group. The bed was comfortable and, though the air conditioner didn’t seem to change temperature levels, it kept the room a cool retreat to come back to. I would definitely stay here again, top choice!" The hotel itself is a reasonable place with decent facilities, but what really makes this place great is the staff. From the manager Robin to the security, we felt like they gave all guests VIP treatment. They were fantastic about giving advice and support when required. The front desk staff were particularly supportive. I even joked that I wish I could take the staff for my businesses! Good luck and if we ever come back to this beautiful part of the world again Sylhet will be top choice.
