Reasonable prices and all other facilities in one roof.I think all in one. Including breakfast was the best part of the hotel. Sorry to mention rooftop swimming fool & all hotel staff are great. Excellent in all respects- I have experience of different premium quality hotels in Dhaka and Platinum Grand was far superior. Staff were courteous and helpful in every respect - quality of hotel decor and fittings was very good. Excellent comfortable room, and food was well produced from varied menu. Rooftop pool was very pleasant and clean. Excellent value for money.

A nice clean hotel with helpful friendly staff. House keeping and the laundry facility are both excellent. My one moan is the service in the restaurant could have been better at times.

After long hours in Dhaka Airport we came to the hotel, we were not too happy with the room we had, because the last people who stayed could have smoked in the room even though it was non smoking. Then the person who took us to the room he told us don’t worry if you don’t like the room, I will try and do something. Within few minutes he spoke to the duty manager and give the phone to my self, so I explained to the duty manager regarding why we did not like the room, then the duty manager...

Hotel is not bad for the price. Did not get a chance to try out the food but is located near Banani Road 11, which has KFC, Nando's, Burger King and Pizza Hut and also others. Staff are helpful. Room was clean. Could've done with a mini safe inside the room
