"Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. "We absolutely loved the staff at this hotel. The hotel itself is a reasonable place with decent facilities, but what really makes this place great is the staff. From the manager Robin to the security, we felt like they gave all guests VIP treatment. They were fantastic about giving advice and support when required. The front desk staff were particularly supportive. I even joked that I wish I could take the staff for my businesses!
