"Single room is very basic and doesnt look like photos. Windows have gaps. Many mosquitos get into the room. Staff kept asking for tips. 1st employee asked for tip when i requested soap. Concierge asked for tip when i requested toilet paper. At midnight 12 am 1st employee banged loudly on my door while i was sleeping and turned the handle while attempting to enter room. After i woke up and opened the door he told me the reason for his midnight banging: he wanted a tip. I chased him to the office....

"Staff is rude and opportunist. Case 1: I asked whether any airport pick up service. Actually they don't hv it, but the hotel person said yes, they have it. He took money from me and then as a middle man made agreement with another taxi service company, paid them half of what I gave and dat company messed up. I had to pay again some extra to that taxi company such as airport parking fees. I took the van with high cost considering of security since picking up midnight. The purpose was not served...

Flughafentransfer bei Ankunft nicht vorhanden, Anfragen wurden nicht beantwortet, für Rückweg wurde uns immerhin Uber-Fahrerzeug geordert. Fahim assisted us at the airport and it felt like a breeze getting through the check points and check in counter. The city of Dhaka is a negative 10 out of 10 so if you’re forced to enter Dhaka I would recommend this hotel and never leaving the hotel. After visiting 150 countries and all their capitals, this city ranks as close to the bottom as it gets. "
