Zaleeq was an AMAZING Island host! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left he did the upmost best to look after us. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better to be our island host during our stay. He treated us like family, always smiling and would drop us off to our destination if he ever drove his buggy past us whilst doing his rounds. He is an asset to your company. Great hotel in a great location. Every single staff member went out of their way to help us. The restaurant was amazing, with breakfast definitely worth the money. Amenities were all great, felt very safe and looked after our whole stay.

The lagoon is amazing and great for swimming and Snorkelling. The property is very clean and well looked after. Excellent at catering for people with allergies. Good choice of drinks in all inclusive package..

I'm not normally one for writing reviews, however on this occasion it would be unfair to all the team there not to. I stayed here for 5 nights and couldn't find 1 single fault with anything, ALL the staff there are absolutely amazing, I wish I could take my staff there to demonstrate how customers/guests should be treated, regardless what position they hold there, they go out of the way to acknowledge you. Our family of three (husband, myself and 7 year old daughter), have just returned from an almost two week stay at Kimpton Kitalay. We had an incredible time at the hotel. We absolutely loved the resort. First is the location, it is only about 10 minutes from the airport. We were so happy as we got a free transfer to/from airport because island transfers can be expensive. Second the views from all parts of the property are just stunning. Third the food! Was good but too many people in breakfast and sometimes was not comfortable. Room was very clean and comfortable. Beach was very nice and quiet.

Blue Sky and Ocean, White beach. Its scenery is like a picture. With 30mins boat riding, you can reach manta rays living zone and enjoy swimming with them surprisingly with snorkeling!
