Very good location, most attractions are within walking distance. The staff were lovely and very helpful. There are also good restaurants nearby.

Perfect location and great staff. Our room was on 38th floor so we had fantastic views and the noise below wasnt an issue. The one gripe we had was the lack of clothing storage. Just one small rail with 4 or 5 hangers and nowhere to put our suitcases. We would still definitely recommend Hotel Groove Shinjuku to anyone in spite of this.

The customer service at this hotel was impeccable. It was in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, which suited us. It was a two minute walk from Gaiemmae metro station which is on the very handy Ginza line. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our questions and phoned onward hotels for us when we had questions. The room was clean and had excellent amenities. Thoroughly recommend!

A really lovely hotel with a calm atmosphere. Rooms were quiet, amenities were great and the staff were very helpful and kind.

We stayed for one night while transit. Free shuttle between terminals and then to the hotel so I didn't have to have local currency on me. I used both room service and laundry service; service was perfect and staff was very polite. I was wondering if it's worth getting out of airport when there is under 24 hours but yes, it was totally worth it, and I would do it again:-)

Would stay again. The staff were so helpful and nice. Great coffee from the machine and nice to have it on the terrace in the morning. Useful toiletries to pick up at the desk. Comfortable bed. Fridge kettle etc everything you need for a city break.

Hotel was pretty decent. My only complaint is that I wasn’t allowed to swim in the pool as I didn’t have a swimming cap. Yet you can go in the hot/cold pools naked…

I stayed here for my first 3 nights in Tokyo. The hotel is modern, clean, and located about one minute's walk away from a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The staff spoke limited English (just as I speak limited Japanese) but did their best to help; I used Google Translate a few times, which helped both I and the staff. Great hotel in lovely neighbourhood

Near terminals and with frequent free bus transfer was best feature. Staff very helpful. Bar was good and Breakfast good.
