The location is good - easy access to local pub, or short drive to shops and amenities of a town - and everything that Kent has to offer. We managed to fit in, designer shopping,

"I stayed at Amanda and Andrew’s gorgeous Oast House with my husband and dog and only wish we could have stayed longer. They have thought of everything to make their guests comfortable and welcome. Lots of detail and a lovely welcome gift. Ideal for travelling with our dog with a fully enclosed, secluded garden, bowls, spare leads and throws for the sofa. The oast is absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. The surrounding area was perfect for dog walks and Rye and Tenderten were great...

"Good value, clean, warm, good use of space with 5 bedrooms, 3 en suite plus another bathroom downstairs. Good location for takeaways. Very uncomfortable settee, needs replacing. Downstairs bathroom needs hand towel. Room for two cars at back of house. Needs more detailed instructions to find parking area. Very good cinema/restaurants about half a mile away. In walking distance of restaurants and takeaways. Overall, good value no frills place, warm well presented."
