"Everything was fine "

"Amazing hotel with wonderful views. The pool was stunning, tennis court was great and available after sunset. Room was incredibly spacious. Reception staff speak perfect English and could answer all my requests. Breakfast was nice and restaurant and bar offer affordable and delicious coctails and snacks. The only disadvantage were little flies flying in the room which were annoying."

"I think it is completely inappropriate for this to be advertised as a 4 star property. The standard falls below 2 stars at its very best. The first room as I was offered (even though I was later told this was an error, which I do not fully believe) was in an appalling condition. There were marks on the walls, the wardrobe was broken, the fridge smelled to name but a few. I was then offered an upgrade to a better room. "The rooms and breakfast were pretty decent. But on the last day, when one of our friends were getting out to get breakfast- he was closing the door and the handle came off. The housekeeping informed the receptionist - who took a look and left. We did not think much of it - as we had done nothing - except that it would have been a faulty handle in the first place.
