She gave me hot chocolate and snacks upon arrival, helped me with my bags downstairs, let me use their hose to do a quick rinse of my rental car, and helped me map out directions to a restaurant! "At checkin, system was down and we did not get the room we paid for. This was corrected by Frontdesk later that evening. Hotel has huge windows with amazing views but in June (summer) the hotel becomes a furnace. The room and public areas were just too hot for our comfort. There are no airconditioned rooms or areas in the hotel and we could not excape the heat other than go back in our car and drive around.
