Great location in the centre of the town of Denia, have private parking at an extra cost but well worth it. Lovely breakfast in the courtyard. Staff very accommodating. All rooms very unique with art pieces. The only thing is that the rooms are not serviced every day but can be requested. Overall I would definate recommend this hotel

Was absolutely beautiful amazing staff very helpful perfect place to relax . However It is of the beating track so would recommend having your own form of transport or use wiki lock for local foot paths

Being in an absolutely perfect spot, it was ideally placed for us to explore the whole city. The hotel is so quaint making it easy to get around. The staff were always available and fully able to advise us of places to go. The hotel was ideally placed for all the activities we wanted to do over the 3 days.

Booked a standard double room, room only, for a one week visit to family living in Los Alcazares. Picked the 525 based on an internet search for hotels in Los Alcazares - we were looking for a 4 star rating. Very pleased to find the the website information was accurate. We were made feel welcome as soon as we registered and received first class attention from all the staff throughout our stay. Sunbathed on roof terrace. The 525 has set the standard for future visits to Los Alcazares

Excellent hotel, fantastic service and great location. We stayed in the Level and believe it was excellent value for money. We were well looked after throughout, the hotel was immaculate, all the food excellent and a great drinks selection. The hotel offers easy access to the beach and Alicante itself. Would recommend and would happily stay again. Only issue we had was that the Expedia page states they offer free airport transfers. The hotel do not offer this so this should be removed from the...

Amazing stay. Great hotel in the best location, right by the sea. We loved our balcony and the view. Breakfast was top; more than enough options. We paid 3 euros 50 to get the airport bus from the airport, so super easy and cheap to get to. A short stroll into town and restaurants. Oh we will be back.

I booked this turtle fur a girlie weekend away. Having stayed here previously with my family, I knew the location was perfect. The rooms are spotless, and breakfast selection out of this world. One of our party had mobility issues, so the large walk in shower was perfect. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Very clean

From start to finish we have had a very enjoyable stay - very rest full the staff are very helpful and friendly particularly Davide serving our drinks and Javier helping me with my return flight when experiencing problems. From 7-8 there are complimentary drinks and canopies served which is a very nice touch. My room was wonderfully comfortable over looking the Golf Course I really have had a wonderful break.

Absolutely fabulous hotel, I’ve stayed in a few hotels in my life but never shone with 2 bathrooms. Buffet breakfast had lots of choices with egg chef, detox bar fruits, pastries and loads more. Bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. We also used the spa and had a massage, staff were all lovely. Looking at going again in June

Holiday stop with my sister. Very quiet hotel no noise from the road from my room. Rain shower was superb. Strangely , there was no fan in the bathroom to vent moisture and odours, and the single slide window was quite small, possibly 40 cm by 100 cm in total, with an opening of 20 x 80 cm . If you book this hotel you will be pleasantly surprised.. better than expected. Very private. Comfortable beds. Spacious room. Pool view at night is very ambient. Checked in at 11pm smoothly. Thank you to the kind gentleman that showed us around. Planning to come back in the near future.
