Nice and clean

Beautiful & luxury hotel, in the most amazing location to experience the desert. A 3h drive away from Dubai but worth the trip. A true cultural experience.

The apartment was a great size and very clean. Although the restaurant was. Ring refurbished the hotel had switched one of the apartments into the dining room and breakfast was also very good. The staff were brilliant and very helpful with anything we required. Would definitely stay there again the next time we visit Dubai

I stayed at property for 6 Days with my family. It was really a good experience with Zabeel House By Jumeirah. Staff is very polite and helpful. They took care of all my needs during the stay. Breakfast was good with lots of options. It's located near Dubai Internet city metro station , Dubai RTA bus stand is just opposite to the hotel. There is a supermarket at the corner. I enjoyed all the facilities like swimming pool , Gym . Room service is fast.

Fantastic service by all the staff. Great rooms, lovely quiet pool area. Very tranquil in the middle of the desert!

2nd stay at the W, the hotel is beautiful, but the staff make it special, a special shout out to the wet deck team who always go above and beyond to make the experience special, well done guys

We thoroughly love staying here, we’re up to about our 8th stay… Staff are wonderful. The place is spotless and they can’t do enough for you, One thing we did notice this time as it was so busy (due to the EID holidays) using the pool at the sister hotel wasn’t possible .. so we stayed by our pool at the Staybridge, which was lovely however the local restaurant on site “Stills” wouldn’t allow us to take drinks from the premises to the pool which is 50 yards away, so whilst the sister hotel has...

I had moved to this Hotel due to an issue at another local hotel. To say I was impressed is an understatement. Staff are highly well trained and motivated, from arriving at Reception, through to room check in, I felt that I had arrived somewhere, which was truly special. A special thanks to the young Greek Receptionist who excelled in her duties and was a true ambassador of the Rotana values Staff are attentive to every need and should be commended for their attention to detail and exceptional...

They went above and beyond to leave a small token for my husbands bday which was amazing upon arrival in the room

Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful with every interaction. Room was great even as a family in a standard room we had plenty space.

Hotel is in good location , excellent facilities , good breakfast and room service with attached restaurants and use of adjacent restaurants. Pool area good and well equipped gym .

Staff were fantastic, hotel was very clean and tidy, breakfast selection and service was first class. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Really enjoyed my 1 night stay - early check in was appreciated after early landing. Would stay again. Kitchen / fridge / washing machine is great for longer stays
