    The Space:

    With a queen-size bed in the Gulf-side master bedroom, along with a queen-size murphy bed in the living area, unit 1120 accommodates up to four guests comfortably – ideal for a family beach vacation, a spontaneous trip with friends and every occasion between. Upon entering, you will find the stackable washer and dryer combination immediately on your right and the fully-equipped kitchen on your left, including all the appliances and utensils to create your own meals while on vacation. The kitchen leads directly to the living area, featuring a queen-size murphy bed along with a television and DVD player combination. Step through the sliding glass door onto the spacious Gulf-facing deck, just steps from the white sandy beach and crystal-clear waters of the Gulf coast. Down the hall from the living area, you will find the bathroom on your left, boasting a double vanity and tub/shower combination. Adjacent to the bathroom is a spare closet, providing plenty of room for all your belongings. There is also a vanity with space for a seat at the end of the hall, ideal for getting work done if needed. To the right of the vanity is the entrance to the Gulf-side master bedroom. Enjoy your own private oasis with welcoming décor, gorgeous views, a king-size bed as well as a flat-screen television. Sandpiper Cove 1120 is the perfect getaway for an unforgettable beach vacation.



    Things to Know

    Beach Service for the 2022 season (March 1st - October 31st) is included with each rental. This service includes two beach chairs and one umbrella.

The condo was fairly rundown. The furniture, especially the couch, was very old and had noticeable stains, which made it uncomfortable to use. The appliances were older but still functional.One of the biggest disappointments was the lack of patio furniture. When I’m at the beach, I love sitting outside and listening to the waves, but the patio only had two plastic chairs and a small plastic table, which was not very comfortable.The rug in the living room was heavily stained, and I did not feel comfortable walking on it without shoes. Overall, the location was excellent, and the rental company was amazing to work with. However, the condo itself is in need of significant updates and maintenance before I would consider staying there again or recommending it to others.

This property was much more outdated in person than I realized from the photos. There are several areas that could use some maintenance. The murphy bed mattress and the bedroom mattress were very comfortable.

It’s a nice place. It’s a little outdated but nice. There are several pools and other amenities on the property that was nice to enjoy. The main bedroom has no ceiling fan. A lot of the outlets do not work and covers are very loose.
