The condo is nicely updated and has super comfortable furniture! The king bed was extremely comfortable and I’m very picky about those things! 😅 The hosts even had beach chairs/toys/umbrellas available for use. The kitchen was very well equipped and appliances all in good working condition. Only drawback was the coffee maker is only a Keurig, not a drip coffee maker and we had brought coffee and filters, but that was easily remedied! Other than that everything was perfect for our stay! Great room packed full of Nest smart home devices. One device was evidently some sort of alarm. Upon check-in, when I unplugged what looked like an Alexa to utilize the receptacle for something else, an obnoxiously loud alarm went off on this unknown device. It took a call to RealJoy, and the property manager a full hr to remove the device as it still was sounding off VERY loudly. The property manager was very helpful, and unsuccessfully tried to contact the property owner for the code to shut off this device. So she simply took it with her as she was also getting as frusterated as I was. Know that this condo has devices that can audio record you. Only reason we noticed was due to the initial alarm going off. There after notced ALL the nest devices. Made us feel like the property owner can low key spy on you if they want. Needless to say, not the best start to our vacation. However the room itself is very nice, short of all the pretentious Nest devices with monitoring technology. ##### Mike K. The location on the beach is fantastic, we played some pickleball and shuffleboard, and the beach service was good. The condo however was ok! The toilet was clogged when we first arrived and sand was still all over the floor from the prior guests. Would have appreciated it being more clean. ##### Lacey F.
