    Welcome to “The Sweet Southern Juan”, a charming and newly updated Old Seagrove Beach House just steps from the sugar-white sands and turquoise waters of Florida’s Emerald Coast. This premium, walk-to-beach location is less then half a block from the San Juan beach access offering an easy 2 minute stroll to the waves.

    Perfectly situated along Scenic Highway 30A, “The Sweet Southern Juan” blends classic coastal character with modern comfort in a quiet, family and luxury-friendly neighborhood.

    This bright, clean, and spacious beach bungalow is designed for easy coastal living.
    2 Bedrooms | 2 Full Bathrooms (one with walk-in shower and one with bathtub/shower)

    The entire living space is on the second floor including a private balcony overlooking joyful San Juan beach goers. Sit back and relax in an atmosphere providing for that freeing, vacation spirit with relaxing coastal breezes.

    The open-concept layout features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with table and bar seating, and a large inviting living room—perfect for recharging before dinner after a day at the beach. With plenty of natural light and thoughtful updates throughout, this home feels both cozy and refreshed.

    Full service kitchen: oven/range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker.
    Fast/excellent internet speed with Smart TV’s for streaming. You can definitely “work from home” here.

    Outdoor shower and access to a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer
    Parking: 2 cars
    Bring your own "Beach towels", bath towels are provided.
    Bikes are provided but should you wish to rent any additional items or services ie; electric bicycles or golf carts, chairs and umbrellas there are numerous companies around 30A that you can contact for reservations ahead of your stay.

    *Please note: While this is a single house, there are two independent floors. Downstairs there is a small, one bedroom guest quarter isolated from the main level with a seperate entry access. This downstairs unit is occupied occasionally. Any inquiries regarding downstairs guest quarters availability or occupancy are welcome.

Seaside is only about a 20 minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants close by. Walk to the beach is about 3 minutes.

Easter weekend getaway

Beautiful seaside and the home is perfect. A great place to hang out and be accessible to beach and city. Very busy weekend but we were tucked away and it was peaceful.

Moment in the sun

This was an absolutely fantastic location and home for the price. IT was clean, very well stocked with kitchen utilities, bikes, beach chairs etc., games of rainy days, and was literally a 2 min stroll from a beautiful beach. Despite being spring break it was not overcrowded or overrun with college-age boozehounds. A great place for a family to stay.

Spotless and roomy!

Highly recommend this adorable home to anyone looking for a very private place to stay in Seagrove. Spacious two bedrooms had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Quick walk to the beach and even saw some deer walk by the place twice! Lovely kitchen with plenty of space. One shower had the best water pressure! Loved our stay!

Wonderful Seagrove Beach House - Literally 5 min - 150 steps to the Beach

We loved this place, up-to-date, clean, Covered Parking, 4 bikes, 4 beach Chairs, Towels, Everything you need for a great time at the beach. 5 min walk to the public beach access. 15 min bike ride to Seaside, 15 min bike ride to Publix...What an Awesome location and affordable stay!

Perfect Location

I love the location and everything was clean and ready. I wish the kitchen was a little more updated and supplied with baking sheets and better cooking pans. In a perfect world the single bedroom would have another TV. Besides that, good beach house feel and conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Downstairs neighbor was super friendly!

Awesome place!

I recently stayed at this VRBO property with my wife and my sister and her husband for my birthday, and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach access point. The house was impeccably clean and matched the pictures in the listing, which was a relief. One of the highlights for us was the availability of bikes in great condition that we could use. Exploring the area on two wheels added a lot of fun to our trip. Additionally, they offered a golf cart for rent, which was convenient for exploring a bit farther if needed. In terms of dining options, there were plenty of restaurants within biking distance and even reachable by the golf cart. Overall, it was a memorable birthday getaway, and I would highly recommend this VRBO property for anyone looking for a beachside vacation with easy access to activities and dining.

Could be excellent with a bit of fixing up and updating.

Many positives: Good location Large rooms Very fair pricing Plenty of towels and wash cloths Lots of parking Comfortable beds and living room furniture Most of the necessities are available Negatives: Grounds are unkempt and unsightly Storage building is a mess Washer and dryer are outside of the unit would have been nice to know before hand. They did operate well. Hall bathroom shower had little water pressure One bedroom door will not really shut completely Kitchen cabinets are messy and unorganized although all you need is provided. A few of the drawers are in need of repair. Overall a good experience. While not a five star we would definitely recommend it. Sad that with just a small amount of effort and money it could achieve that loftier status.

loved staying here very easy to communicate with owner, 3 min walk to beach access and a 8 minute bike ride to seaside square. Also comes with bikes and skimboards for beach lovers!
