  • Stay at this updated condo with its own private beach. All the amenities you need in one place. The balcony overlooks the first pool with the second just a short walk toward the beach and Tiki Hut. BBQ area as well. Restaurants, shopping, and activities for the kids are close by. The Fitness center room is also on-site. Stay and relax without worry!

No smoking. No pets allowed. No glass on the beach-there is a $100 fee if found with glass. Children under 14 must be with adult in work out area.
No loud music can be played as there are tenants in the building along with rentals. Quite time is10 pm to 8 am. Additional rules posted in condo.
Trash chutes are available on each floor. Grills are available ONLY in BBQ area. Remove all garbage and food before leaving.
