Disliked: Communication, location, listing accuracy
This property does NOT have a beach/ocean view. Avari Management blatantly told me (lied) it did and now they have been non-responsive in my requests to resolve this. I would not have booked the room if I had known it does not have a beach/ocean view. I do not recommend renting anything owned by Avari Management. VRBO has been responsive and trying to help but as of now nothing has been resolved. I have provided messages showing what I was told by the property manager and pictures that show the condo view which is of a neighboring pool, parking lot and bay waterways.
