  • 4th Floor, ONE BEDROOM, ONE BATH JETTY VIEW
    Two Double Beds in the Bedroom, Queen Size Sleeper Sofa in Living Area. Recently renovated with new granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as light wood floors throughout the unit. The Mirrored Walls in the Living Area expand the space and the Glass Doors go out onto the Open Balcony. Sit in the Bar Height Furniture on the Balcony and enjoy the view. The Breakfast Bar in the Kitchen is accented with Recessed Lighting. Watch the 40 inch HD/LCD TV and DVD Player in the Living Area. The Ceiling Fan in the Bedroom will keep you cool while you watch TV.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
This is not a place for families. The walls are super thin, you could hear everything (crying babies, people on the phone, music, etc.). During our stay there wasn't hot water. When I asked for a refund I was told no and that I was lying about the water situation. Fireworks were popping in the facility and it sounded like gunfire. Very traumatic for young children. The shower had hair left in it... needless to say, don't believe the listing for 416A it was the worst 12 hours I have ever had in Destin. I am usually a very calm person but when my children couldn't sleep out of fear, I draw the line. I have video footage from the evening if you need proof.
