Slip on your provided pool bands and head downstairs for a swim in the shared, heated pool, work up a sweat in the fitness room, fire up one of the shared grills and enjoy a cookout, or take a stroll out to the adjacent beach. You'll find something for everyone here at Sterling Sands!



    Located alongside the Emerald Coast Parkway, this vacation rental is within walking distance of several popular restaurants including the Back Porch and the Pancakery. For groceries and essentials, you'll find a Target and a Walmart Supercenter, both about a mile from this condo. And if you're looking for some fun beyond the beach, head over to Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, the largest water park on the Emerald Coast, just a little over a half-mile up the road.

I enjoyed my stay at this location. The communication and instructions for getting into the unit were straightforward and easy to follow. The unit is as exactly as described and pictured. The view is great! The building as a whole was quiet and safe with families as well as adult groups. Everything in the unit worked as expected. If you're looking for a unit ocean front with pool and other amenities this is the spot! The location is central to Walmart, restaurants and gas stations and any other needs that may come up. The mattress on the master bedroom could use a replacement but it was comfortable enough. All in all this was the reset vacay I needed. I would recommend ot others as well as would return again myself.

This condo was perfect getaway for my mom and I. I slept in the bunk bed room. It is very small. But I was glad to have a full size bed rather than a twin. That being said you had to move the ladder for the top bunk to get the door open or closed. Might be cumbersome if you had someone sleeping up top. The view was amazing! So easy to hop on the elevator and be on the beach in minutes. Loved being on a private access beach. We rented chairs and an umbrella. Well worth the price to walk right up to your spot every day without having to jockey for a space. I found several live sand dollars on the east end of the beach. Straight out where the water was just deep enough to barely touch. My toes were good at finding them just under a thin layer of sand. Never found any I could keep that weren’t dead and intact. But it was fun finding the live ones and setting them free again. Only complaint was the person that I encountered at the desk where you have to pick up the parking pass and wristbands. I’m not sure if the price listed really includes the 15 per person cost or if it will be on top of the total I was given for the rental. The young lady working was very curt and obviously upset that I had rented through a 3rd party unaffiliated with her company. So rude. Be sure to follow the link you’ll be sent to your inbox in the VRBO app. She got frustrated as I tried to locate the link and finally provided me with a QR code where I could complete the purchase. Visibly she was put out!
