Condo, 2 Bedrooms + 2 queen beds + Convertible queen bed, (Sleeps 6 adults total).

Located in the coastal neighborhood of Crystal Beach close to Henderson Beach State Park. Perfect for families, Caribbean Dunes 202 has close and easy beach access with a community pool and hot tub. There are two bedrooms and a queen size sofa bed that accommodate up to six guests. The master bedroom has an adjoining bath with a whirlpool tub and the second bedroom loft has its own private bath. Both bedrooms have TV's and DVD players.

A fully furnished and equipped kitchen opens to a spacious living area complete with a TV and DVD player. Relax on your private balcony and enjoy a clear view of the Gulf of Mexico. Beach access is only steps away and across the street. Directly next door is the local favorite Camille's Restaurant. In addition, several outstanding beach side restaurants are just minutes away.

Enjoy the Florida sunshine on a walk or bike ride along Crystal Beach's bike path. For all the shoppers, you will be minutes from premier centers including the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Factory Stores.

Loved the location in Crystal Beach! Loved the view from the balcony! That was my favorite thing about the condo! The beach decorations were nice! The condo isn’t new, but the air conditioning and water pressure/hot water was great! The pool was nice, and the pool area is kept very clean! We really enjoyed our stay!

We came from Cleveland Ohio for a wedding. The resort and beach were very close, walking distance. The beaches were amazing and the house was very clean and well kept. Definitely recommend.

We have stayed at Caribbean Dunes in the past and this was a nice condo as were the others we stayed in. The best part is the view of the Gulf from the balcony. It was also nice that there were beach chairs in the closet. We had no children, so we did not use any of the other beach equipment, but for a family with kids it would be very nice to have.

We have always stayed at Caribbean Dunes in the Crystal Beach area. It is family friendly and just across the street from the beach. Our recent stay was as good as always. Our host was wonderful and very prompt with requests or questions. The condo was perfect for us and we had a beautiful view of the water. We love the beach, but will have to say it’s a shame the city doesn’t allow more public beach access. The areas next to us were virtually empty while so many people were crammed into a very small beach space. But after 5pm, the beach opens up. Still had a great time and will always go with Caribbean Dunes!

Great location and View

I will start with the positives first. This condo is beautifully decorated and clean. It has a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. It has every beach accessory you could possibly need: chairs, cart, umbrellas, floats, and toys. The downside of the condo is the refrigerator was making a loud rattling noise from the moment we arrived through the day we left. The owner did have a repair man come look at it but it was not fixed. The condo below this one was being renovated the entire week of our stay. They turned the water off to this condo while we were trying to take showers 2 days in a row with no warning. That was extremely frustrating. They started drilling and pounding at 7:00a.m. Every Single morning and it lasted all day. We were not able to sleep in or take naps. The drilling was ear piercing loud. This was very unfortunate and made for a lousy stay. The owner had no control over this but it is not something we wanted to have to deal with on vacation especially given how much money we paid to stay there. The condo itself could use some updates. The appliances are very old, the cabinet paint is cracking and peeling, and the walls need painting. If you want a good beach view and a central location, this condo is sufficient.
