The property was great, very clean and a great location. Our only complaint was the neighboring condo had a dog that barked constantly. Aside of the barking dog, everything was wonderful.

This property is in a central location close to everything. The condo was very clean and we did not have any problems. Our host Phil, was very responsive which made our stay feel even more comfortable.

The unit was exactly as described. Communicating with Philip was always great and timely. The unit is in a great location with multiple back ways to get to places without getting into the heavy traffic on 98. The pool was never busy either. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Really nice place to stay I will five stars but the only reason I give 4.5 is because the washer and dryer don’t work but everything else is good the pool the restaurant the beaches is nice

This was a gated community and well kept. The condo was the cleanest and most updated VRBO we have stayed. It was on the ground floor with convenient parking. It was close to Destin beaches and downtown Destin.

Good location and fun for family

Overall, we had a good stay at this property. The parking was very close to the actual room. Everything in the condo was clean and organized. We did have to buy more toilet paper and tide pods because there was limited supplies, but that is to be expected. Our host, Philip, was very accommodating and returned my responses in a quick manner. We did have to drive to the beach because the walk was just a little too far for us, but we knew this when we booked the stay. The pool was a short walk from the front door, which was a big plus. Perfect little get-away!

Perfect size for two. Everything was new and clean. Conveniently located to all stores and events. Really enjoyed the view and the patio. The staff was great and communicated very well. The coffee pot had a hole in it so I messaged the owner and writhing 15 minutes I had a new coffee maker. Great folks!

The condo was very nice for the price paid. It was well equipped and location very convenient to everything. The most impressive thing was that I accidently left a diamond necklace there. I contacted Andrea and she went and found it and is having it mailed back to me! Very happy with the service and communication.

Labor Day Quick Trip

The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the kitchen sink and the washing machine. Didn’t like that the dumpster for trash is so far away. We didn’t enjoy the June White Decker beach as it was way too crowded. We did find a much nicer beach by the sand dunes. It was an affordable beach trip. But we are spoiled and will probably return to a condo closer to the gulf.

The space was great. Very clean and well stocked with necessities. We used two of the three pools that are in walking distance to the condo and also kept very well. I was under the impression that the beach was within walking distance. It is not but several beach options are a short drive away. The same with shopping and restaurants. I was unable to use the "message the host" link provided in the emails from my phone. It was only after looking at the "check out" directions in the binder that I realized that I could have called the rental company directly. We appreciate your hospitality.

Nearly perfect minus few comforts

The room was so clean and the listing managers are wonderful. The only downside is this is in a bunch of condos and the people above us were awful. On our last night of the stay they were likely drunk and knocking things over, smashing stuff, etc, all night. Which is not their fault but be aware that because it’s a vacation rental property place, people are likely to be unruly. Not a big deal but the master bedroom had poor cooling and we were insanely hot even with the doors all open. Additionally, the master bed is so hard and uncomfortable we didn’t sleep well. Everything else about our stay was perfect. I would love to stay with the same hosts again but maybe at a different property

Im really not the one to leave a bad review at all. But the customer service is really terrible to the point im writing this review. The place is nice and its a good location but we have found multiple roaches during our stay and contacted them to find a solution for the problem but they have been extremely rude and said they would refund my cleaning fee but never did. Then they proceeded to ignore me and my messages. And we had to fly back and found a baby roach in our luggage. I have pictures and videos that I sent for proof that I shared with them but they didn’t treat the problem seriously which made me more disappointed .

My stay was very peaceful..everything was just the way i imagined..i stayed a week n wasn’t ready to come bk b/c just sitting in the backyard n watching the lake was good enough for me but unfortunately i had my girls so i had an amazing stay.
