This condo offers a spacious balcony with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as an open layout, a well-appointed kitchen, and decor that mirrors the blues of the water. Pass the time by soaking up the Florida sunshine at the lagoon-style community pool, lounging on the white sand beach, or barbecuing in the resort's grilling area. WHAT’S NEARBY This Gulf-facing condo is part of Sterling Shores, a complex that sits just across Scenic Highway 98 from the beach. You'll be only a mile west of great hiking, picnicking, and fishing at Henderson Beach State Park, and two miles west of fantastic shopping and dining at Destin Commons. Spend a day at Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park just one mile up the road, and come home to choose from a variety of dining options within a few minutes' drive. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound.
