"We felt like family, Melissa and her husband are very warm, friendly and supportive. She reserved us a seat in the nearby Restaurant and even wanted to drive us there. They offered a very rich breakfast. The room is spacious and beautiful. We really enjoyed staying there and will go back when we are in the area."

"The apartments are in a residential area, 5 min walk to a pebble beach, 25 min walk to Desenzano centre (or there's a bus stop nearby) and 2 min walk to local shops and handful of restaurants. The pool and decking area was small but as there are only 6 apartments it wasn't busy. There were 4 bikes which residents could use free of charge. We would recommend a top floor apartment as we had a bit of noise from the apartment above (kids running around and chairs scraping across the floor late at...

"Very welcoming and helpful staff, this felt like an independent, local run hotel which is refreshing after staying in chain hotels. Short walk from Rivoltella which has fabulous restaurants. The pool was sparkling clean as was the whole hotel. The bus stop for Desenzano is outside the hotel, plus a large supermarket is only 2mins walk away."

"A very nice hotel. The room was comfortable and we liked the small pool. There is a spa, sauna and gym equipment. There is a roof area with loungers and a tub. Breakfast is very good with a large selection of fruits and cereals and the Italian version of bacon and eggs. I won't comment on the evening meals as Italians eat a bit different to English. "Was first visit, driving between Munich and St Tropez. Hotel has everything you would need for a nice stay, staff friendly, hotel clean, on the old style but typical of most in Italy. Parking easy, well located, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. "
