The spa is magnificent! The rooms are also just as beautiful and very clean. Food is great, and the staff are very helpful and kind. I enjoyed my trip here, would definitely stay here again!

My fave Chicago stay

This location is primarily a place where people live as in an apartment complex. The hotel part of it seems to be more for people doing longer stays. That means you’re not get the normal amenities or service you would get with a more traditional hotel. It is not a bad location, but I would try not to stay here again.

hotel was immaculate and the people were amazing.

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The blackout shades and space were highlights. There are only two things that would make me question staying here again… 1. We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready, which is no big deal, but they wouldn’t even let us use the pool while we waited on our room. In my extensive travels, I’ve never experienced that and it was a bummer for my daughter. 2. The price for parking is really high… $65 a day! I understand it’s located in Chicago, but it’s not even located within walking distance to downtown. If you figure in the room rate, with the parking fee, and Uber fees, it makes the nightly rate very high compared to other hotels located in the heart of downtown.
