We throughly enjoyed our stay. We had a group of 5 adults and a few dogs. We had more than plenty of room. The property owner/managers were very accommodating for our large fur group. It was a nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay in this location again.

Great stay!

The accommodation was just as described, clean, and had everything we needed. Jeff was so easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. The location had quick access to the highway and great, tasty restaurants within walking distance. Would stay there again.

We loved this place. Very clean, super location, nicely equipped kitchen. We really appreciated the 2 car driveway. Very quiet even though close to I25. The host was great.

This was a very comfortable place for our group of five adults. It's a little shabby, but very functional. It's pretty close to a metro stop so we didn't have to drive into downtown. Close enough to the freeway to be convenient but not noisy. The surrounding neighborhood is nothing special, but we felt safe and it was quiet.

Denver overnight-

We were traveling from WV to a wedding in Grand Lake. Some arrived in the evening so we needed a place close to airport. The house was nice and accommodating. It was fine for our stopover. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Could have been a little cleaner, but overall it was nice.

Lovely House

We felt very much at home in the house. It is very spacious and comfortable and excellently equipped (especially the kitchen). The contact with the host was very pleasant and prompt. The description of the bedrooms though does not match the beds on site: there are three bedrooms, two of them with a queen/king size bed and one with a queen size bunk bed (room for 4 people). We would come back at any time, but would adjust the number of people to the beds on site.

Quick but honest–the good, the bad, and the questionable after 4 nights.

The good: Location is great – central to everythingParking was more than sufficientEnough bedrooms and bathrooms for our party of three. Comfy beds.Great sofa for vegging out.Very reasonable price.The bad:**Booking requires personal data entered into a third-party site.** VRBO booking is not honored without this. (You forfeit 100% of your payment if you want to avoid this blatant data scrape.)Booking requires additional fees outside of VRBO fees.Repeated requests to not post less than 5-star reviews publicly.The questionable: House was clean-ish but definitely not professionally cleaned. Dishes and pots/pans had crusted food still on them. We had to clean everything before use.Very few cooking utensils.Heat was iffy and required time during vacation to discuss with property management company.No closet doorsNot enough towels or washcloths for three people. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels for three people.Posted occupancy cert expired in August 2023.Sadly, I expect some retaliation for the honest review.

Property offered convenience due to its location, but that’s about it. We spent 4 nights here, and everything was questionable from the very beginning. The rug in the living room and carpets throughout the house were severely dirty and can use some deep cleaning. The rug had curled corners which caused us to trip a few times. The stair railing had a missing post which makes us further question the safety of this place. Also, occupancy certificate posted by front door expired 8/2023, something else to look into… The bedrooms had dirty walls and the carpets were stained. The master had a full size bed, which squeaked and the mattress was lumpy and overall not at all comfy. Master bathroom had a missing door entirely… not enough towels for all our guests. Closets had missing doors, and no lights on the nightstands. Not all phone chargers by the nightstands work, and the wall outlets were severely stained/ look questionable. Lots of cracks in the laundry room which were covered up by a dirty rug… we opted not to use the washer/dryer as they too seem questionable. Overall, the house felt somewhat clean downstairs but no where near a 3-4 star place to stay. Dishes and pots had food remains/crusts, and glasses had spots, which we had to clean before use. Pots and pans could use some serious upgrades… food burned and stuck to the pots/pans. There were TVs but no WI-FI! We tried reaching out to the host many times, but no luck. This was just a disappointing and horrible experience.

It was just… fine

The property offered ample space, but overall, it was just okay. The carpets and rugs appeared stained or dirty, and many closets were missing doors. The master bathroom lacked a door entirely. Several areas need refurbishment. The master bathroom's shower knob didn’t work very well, and there were noticeable issues with chipped paint on the cabinets and counters. The kitchen sink faucet was loose. The other bathroom sink upstairs was heavily stained with rust. The master bed frame also squeaked and creaked with very little movement. I was also never provided with the entry code to the rental and had to contact the owner via text message an hour after I should have been given access.
