"The young woman checking us in was not very welcoming, and when waiting for a drink while the other bar staff was busy away from the bar, she was stood at the computer and acted like we was a inconvenience when we asked for a drink. All the other staff was lovely."

Booked the hotel when looking for last minute accommodation during a trip to Manchester. Selected the family room because we had a child with us. Lovely spacious, well presented room with everything we needed including a bonus. Have a fantastic swim with my grandson in the morning before check out. His verdict "this hotel is awesome"

This is my 3rd visit to the Red Hall Hotel over the years, as it is ideally located for visiting friends and family in Bury, Blackburn, Clitheroe and surrounding areas. The reception on arrival has always been friendly and polite and the room clean and tidy. The only downside is the noise from the sink taps - probably from high pressure system, but if the neighbour decides to run water for some time - it could become annoying.

The staff at the hotel could not do enough for there guests and the lady doing the fanatic value for money was wonderful she was on her own as far as I could see and she worker so hard and none stop
The only fault I could find was we had a disable room and the kettle was a small travel one witch was so small I had to keep filling it which was a bit of a let down and the beds weren't the most comfortable beds other then that we had...
