"El hotel está en una zona de bares por lo que en la noche es difícil poder dormir. Las áreas comunes del hotel están muy muy descuidadas, especialmente la alberca que está terrible y no hay ni donde sentarse. Las camas están muy viejas por lo que también urge cambiarlas. "

"My family and I really liked the options for dinning and their staff. There was an open Buffett for the adults and another one for the kids which was always a great option for my little one. Staff was always on top of our needs and wants. We also really enjoyed the pool and beach areas. Conveniently had showers at both beach accesses. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay at this location. Would definitely come back. "

"Sin temor a equivocarme el hotel más descuidado que he visitado en mi vida. Las fotos son de los años 90's. Se cae a pedazos, el elevador es para 3 personas. Faltan mosaicos en el baño, humedad verde en la regadera, no hay ropa de cama, no hay agua caliente. Planta baja no tiene plafones en techo. Parece una secundaria pública. No hay televisión. "The service was exceptional. The breakfast omelets were fabulous. Rosa in animation was enthusiastic! Abigail and Gina in reception were delightfully welcoming. Julian and Jesus were terrific bellboys. Itzel was pleasant and helpful with assorted issues. Although there are a couple of new bicycles, they still need MORE new bicycles. The air conditioning was a blessing as it was particularly humid this visit. The beach was super clean and the lounge chairs and umbrellas were great for sunbathing and enjoying the days and the sunsets. I always thoroughly enjoy my stays at Hotel Emporio and I will continue to do so on future visits. The staff is dedicated to making everything wonderful for me as a guest and I truly appreciate all of their smiles and kind gestures in serving me. "

"We have stayed here many times. We were a bit early in the season this time so the Brisas Beach Club wasn't up and running for the first few days. They served us in the lounge and the buffet and we were happy. The staff is friendly and many have been there for years. We were greeted by several when we arrived. The housekeeping does a good job and are happy to help out with any requests. The gardeners do a fantastic job looking after the huge and beautiful property. We love being able to see the ocean from the lounge and our room. We will return soon."
