Reception was always manned. There's a vending machine with crisps, chocolate and cold drinks. Staff all friendly. Our room contained a TV, fridge and safe but only one chair. Lovely complimentary toiletries. "

"My wife and I stayed at the Hermitage for 4 nights in April 2024. We were very impressed with the hotel. Our room (superior) was very large with a nice sitting area with 2 soft comfortable chairs and a desk and chair well away from the bed. The bed was very comfortable although the duvet could have been slightly bigger. The bathroom was excellent with a very powerful walk-in shower, good supply of hot water and nice soft towels. The buffet breakfasts provided by the hotel were very good...
