"Great stay"

"The room was lovely. Bathroom needs to be cleaned better, our shower wasn’t running properly and all that was down to was cleaning the shower head which I did myself. The English breakfast seemed to upset mine and my partners stomach so we stuck to the pastries and cereal which they had a good choice of. The check in staff were professional and polite but could be more informative on what is available on site and help with directions. The two members of staff who truly were outstanding, friendly, polite and inviting were Linda on breakfast and Craig from the gym. Both of them were helpful, informative and very welcoming to guests,the young girls serving at breakfast were abrupt, ignorant and too busy having a chin wag to care for the customers. This is our second year of staying here and we love the location. The price we’ve paid, I guess we were just hoping to feel more like a guest than a chore. We’re hoping that if we come again next year it will be a more enjoyable experience. "

"The room what just what we needed and really clean! Close to the beach and promenade and pier, with in walking distance to quite a bit! Breakfast was lovely with plenty choice of both cold and hot! It was delicious! Staff were so helpful and friendly! We parked on the sea front, was a good price and easy to park, which made the stay easier! "

"Hotel in brilliant position we had everything we needed. Atrium for breakfast with views of the whole of Llanberis was stunning. Breakfast very fresh and varied. Our only complaint would be evening meal did not come up to expectations. Advertised as served with salad. A flat bread with minute bits of salad. A disappointment.. Quite pricey. The hotel and staff were great. "
