"The staff are excellent here and we really enjoyed our stay. Our only bug bear was that we didn't understand that use if the spa comes at an extra cost. It was hugely disappointing as we hadn't booked to go into the spa and we're advised we were very lucky to get in. I'm not sure spending another £50.00 on top of the room was "lucky" for a fairly basic spa.The booking company needs to make sure people know the spa isn't included."

"Beyond what we expected, there was a miscommunication between the resort and Expedia for our booking, information from Expedia can that we booked a classic cabin, although we booked a premier cabin, but was quickly sorted by staff at the desk. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool, the cocktail bar was superb, good atmosphere and we met nice people "
