"The room what just what we needed and really clean! Close to the beach and promenade and pier, with in walking distance to quite a bit! Breakfast was lovely with plenty choice of both cold and hot! It was delicious! Staff were so helpful and friendly! We parked on the sea front, was a good price and easy to park, which made the stay easier! "

"Empty shower bottle in the shower. The remote had fungus growing on it. Had a lot of back and forth for this. One of the towel was torn. When I mentioned all this during check and the response was ‘ok’. I was hoping for a more emphatic response as I had paid for 2 rooms. "

"Lovely stay in Y Capel. Check in really easy and parking onsite was fine. Room was absolutely lovely with a really comfy king bed and great bathroom. Breakfast was in the Erskine Arms and was really tasty. A fair few options on the hot menu and a choice of fruit, yogurts and cereal. We also ate in the pub in the evening and was a really nice meal. One thing to note.... The church next door has a bell that chimes every 15 minutes as well as on the hour, all through the night. Our room faced the church and it you are a light sleeper like me it might wake you up in the night. Obviously no fault of the property which was lovely throughout."
