This oceanfront condo boasts the perfect balance of sophisticated, tropical décor while still providing a relaxing getaway. Escape reality in this spacious condo with unparalleled views of the Atlantic Ocean. Each room in this beautiful unit is tastefully adorned with flat-screen televisions, linens and décor. The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed, flat screen television, walk-in closet, and private sliding glass door to the sprawling balcony. The primary bathroom has an over-sized walk-in shower, double vanity and oval garden tub. The oceanfront second bedroom contains a king bed, walk-in closet, connecting full bathroom, and a private sliding glass door to the extended balcony. The third bedroom is located near the front of the condo and contains two full beds with access to the connecting full bathroom which hosts a walk in shower. Delight in relaxing evenings in your oceanfront living room on comfortable, plush furnishings while enjoying your flat screen television. In addition to the living room, there is also a bay living room near the front door designed for pure relaxation while overlooking the breathtaking view of the Halifax River and lively city below. The security answering system at the entrance and secured underground parking allows for peace of mind and exclusivity while on your beach getaway. The oceanfront pool and hot tub are surrounded by an oceanfront sun deck. Step down from the pool area to enjoy the large barbeque area with plenty of seating for an oceanfront picnic and even a fire pit! After enjoying your freshly grilled meal, step into the oceanfront garden oasis and enjoy lush landscaping surrounded by the serenity of the ocean. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back, along with a picture of your license. We enjoyed a month of early morning coffee with beautiful sunrises. In the evening the second living room was great for watching the sunsets also for allowing family to split up and distance from each other. Everything you need is there - we had enough glassware and cookware even for a Thanksgiving dinner. Access to the beach is still not open but being next to the ramp makes it easy enough to get on. We travel to Florida once a twice every year and this is one of the nicest places we have stayed. There was plenty of room in this large 3-bedroom with lots of seating in the living room and a terrific bonus room in the back with views of the intercoastal. Two of the three bedrooms have great ocean views and their own doors to the balcony. All three bathrooms are large. The master bath is especially nice with a large soaking tub. The pool is large and warm. The ocean is steps away. The building is secure. It is just a great place to stay and we will definitely make plans to come back. ##### Jeff D. The room was excellent and the property management was great. The only complaint would be that on our next to last day a woman who lives in Towers Ten did not like how the kids were playing (splashing around too much she said). She approached us and told us that when we want to book a vacation to do not book a unit in Towers Ten. I thought that was rude especially to the owners of the unit we stayed in. We treated the condo and unit like it was our home. Other than that everything was wonderful. We love Daytona and will be back next year. ##### Jennifer Z. The bay living room near the front door was such a joy to use! In the evenings we loved watching the sailboats and sunsets. There is even a smart TV in that room so we logged into our Netflix and watched movies here also. This condo is on the 17th floor so the views are INCREDIBLE!!! There are two other bedrooms with both feel like master bedrooms and they are both oceanfront with private balcony access. This was what sold us on the condo when we booked because we are traveling with another couple and typically only one couple gets the master but this time we both had one. Vi var 5 personer over 20 år, og hadde god plass. Vi leiet den i 4 uker og var veldig fornøyd. Parkeringsplassen er noe vanskelig pga en stolpe som står inne på plassen, så vær obs hvis du har stor bil slik som oss. Checkin was simple despite us arriving on a weekend after hours. Our welcome packet and keys were in the lockbox, only a few blocks from where we were staying. The unit was very clean. Only 2 minor issues during our stay. First, the smoke alarm battery needed replacement, as indicated by the repeated beeping. We purchased the battery and replaced it ourselves although had trouble reaching it. We mentioned to maintenance but they must have forgotten. Not a big deal. The 2nd was that they came to update the internet router without much notice. It was running fine and we ran into a bit of trouble after the upgrade getting any internet at all, but that was resolved within a day. Checkout was easy too. The staff was super friendly. We did have a few deliveries made to the rental office since we were not allowed to send to the unit, but that was fine and easy to pickup. We were happy overall. ##### Jamie C. The building was so well-kept and lovely that we felt like we were in a 5-star hotel! The condo itself was just so spacious and we loved have two of the bedrooms with an oceanfront balcony! This worked perfect as we were two couples traveling together so it was really like having 2 master bedrooms plus the guest room for when the grand-kids visited for the weekend.
