(20 lb weight limit at Shores Club) There is a $100 non refundable pet fee, plus you must sign a pet addendum. Gorgeous DIRECT OCEANFRONT 3 BR/3BA northeast corner end unit on the 9th floor boasts breathtaking unobstructed views of the pristine NO DRIVE beach. See amazing sunrises from the expansive windows in the living room and master bedroom. Relax and enjoy the ocean breeze on the large balcony. This spacious unit is beautifully decorated with professionally adorned decor. The open floor plan provides a great venue for entertaining. The kitchen is fully furnished with range, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and keurig, blender, cookware and dishware. The split bedroom design in this 3BR/3BA offers privacy to each guest suite. The primary bedroom has a king bed set and the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have two queen beds in each room. Unit sleeps 8\. There are flat screen tvs in the living room and each bedroom. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer are located inside unit. The no drive beach provides endless hours of sun and fun. Unit is assigned one upper level parking place. Unit has cable, internet and phone. No Smoking. THE SHORES CLUB This popular family friendly oceanfront building is conveniently located approximately 1 mile south of the Port Orange bridge on the traffic free beach in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores. Even with Milton tearing through just days before our stay. They took every measure to keep it in tip top conditions. Management was point on with communication. Extremely kind and welcoming. Breathtaking views. Ocean side was a little too windy but was lovely to listen the waves at night. River side had chairs set up as well which wasnt expected as an option. Master bed was amazingly comfortable. Very dog friendly our 2 pups enjoyed just as much as our 4 kids. Would definitely stay again. Residents that lived there were extremely friendly and helpful.
