Welcome to Opus where gourmet kitchens accompanied with luxury furnishings compliment the stunning views of the Halifax River and the Atlantic Ocean. Opus Condominiums are known for being luxurious and have great access to amenities on premise such as an oceanfront heated pool, hot tub, club room with billiards, fitness center, and lavish meeting rooms. 6' garden tubs, over-sized balconies, and under-building assigned parking all secured with the serenity of virtually soundproof walls. A superb package of luxury amenities make Opus Condominiums the best mix of an oceanfront resort and a beachfront condominium complex. The living room holds a beautiful new sofa set to enjoy the large flat-screen TV. The living room also includes a reclining easy chair. The living room overlooks the dining area fit with an elegant dining table which seats 4, 4 bar stools, and breathtaking views of the ocean below. From the living room step onto the private balcony and relax in patio furniture while watching the waves crash against the shore. The modern kitchen is fully stocked and is seamlessly connected with the living room and dining area. The granite counter top that separates the living room and kitchen area acts as a great serving area for food. All kitchen appliances are new and include an oven, stove-top, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, and a dishwasher. When you are ready to relax and rejuvenate after an exciting adventure at the beach, there are 3 bedrooms to meet your needs. The primary suite hosts a king bed, walk-in closet, and flat-screen TV. The primary bathroom holds a gorgeous walk-in shower with a handheld shower head, 6’ garden tub, separate toilet closet with grab rails, and a double vanity. The second bedroom has a flat-screen TV and two queen beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom is situated between both guest bedrooms and holds a tub/shower combo. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed. All rooms were comfortable and spacious. The garage is very convenient as well. The balcony views were very nice! As described in the listing, the area is still recovering from the hurricane a couple years ago but there are still some nice restaurants and things to do. The beach access from this property makes up for the current construction scenery. One observation to management is in regards to toiletries and shower accessories. Most VRBO's we have stayed in have provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash similar to hotels. In this case we had to purchase our own after we saw there wasn't any provided. The same is true in regards to extra kitchen napkins, trash bags, and toilet paper. Otherwise, all was very good and we enjoyed our stay - we would stay here again. Thank you!! ##### Fidel B. The outdoor balcony was scenic and the patio furniture was comfortable. There was some construction noise going on by the pool but we just avoided the balcony at those times. My 94 yr old Mother wished the master shower had a grab bar for her safety. There was a grab bar by the toilet. The master bathroom was pretty and the mattress was comfortable. My sister suggested a floor lamp would be nice lighting for the living room area. We were a little stressed about the parking as we had some visitors. It happened to be bike week during part of our stay so parking lot stayed full. The check in box where we picked up our garage door opener went pretty well though it had just got dark and we were tired from a long drive. We initially pulled our car into the parking lot and couldn't find the parking garage which was in the front of the building facing the street. As I mentioned, we were tired!! Over all, we loved the place and plan to book again. We felt safe and it had everything we needed to feel totally comfortable. ##### Donna P. We had a great time staying at Opus. We enjoyed being on the beach and walking out the front door for a walk to some local sites and restaurants. The pool deck and hot tub were nice as well. Check-in and check-out process was super quick and easy. Condo was clean upon arrival and was ready on time. Very spacious! Great view of the beach and river. The property was in a great spot close to restaurants and attractions. Great views, and easy access to the pool and beach. Even with being on the 8th floor, the elevators were very quick in getting us to the pool or garage. Would definitely stay again. ##### Jared W. It was plenty big enough for the 8 of us. Fast elevator. Great view of the ocean. Loved having an assigned parking spot. Room very close to elevators made coming and going very easy. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. Only con second car parking is not assigned.
