This property was absolutely amazing! There was even a gift basket and goodies in every room. It was easy to use the codes to access the condo, and we were even provided a remote to access the garage! Bill, the owner, stayed in touch with us the whole stay. The prices were much better than a small house we were going to rent! The whole building was very clean! Thanks, Bill!

The living room was very comfortable with lots of seating and a view!

The owners suite was spacious and the beds were soft!

The Penthouse unit had a great patio where you could view the Atlantic and the river

The kitchen was stocked with anything you needed!

The photos of the property did not adequately display the accommodations...this unit is better than the pictures portray. This is the cleanest unit we have ever rented and is very well supplied and maintained by the owners. Upon entry, we felt like we were walking into a home, not a rental unit. The owner's communication was timely, clear, concise and very pleasant work with in during the check-in and departure process. Will be seeking to stay again next year.

Amazing stay! We truly enjoyed our vacation. The Condo was clean, plenty of room for all of us, and there was beach supplies available! The communication with Bill was excellent. Close to everything but far enough away from the hustle and bustle.

The best place I have ever stayed

This place is beautiful, very quiet, great view, bill the owner is great, we enjoyed the gift basket, and all the little gift bags in every room, such a good idea, it makes you feel really special, well stocked on every thing you need if you forget to bring anything from home, I could go on and on, I would recommend this place to every one it was awesome.thank you bill.

The Perfect Basecamp

Great stay in Daytona Beach Shores!

The condo was spacious and beautifully furnished. It was generously stocked with supplies and extras, including a gift basket, a great selection of coffee pods, snacks in every room, extra toiletries, etc. the master bath is right out of a Better Homes and Gardens magazine. Parking is secure and convenient. Bottom line: a great place to stay for a beach vacation!

Exactly what I expected

Amazing!!! Beautiful place, nicely furnished and equipped with everything you need to relax. Large and well equipped kitchen, including a pantry with extra spices and condiments. Large balcony with nice view and a strange full of everything you need to enjoy the stay on the beach. Our family of four has a truly wonderful and relaxing time, and we would come back again! Communication with the owner was great!

Our stay at this Daytona condo was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we booked, the owner went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. LOOK NO FURTHER! Trust me, you do not need to keep scrolling looking for a better stay. This condo is IT! My son and I had the most fantastic stay at this place! The owners are so accommodating and caring and go to the ends of the earth to make sure your stay is comfortable and wonderful! This is in a great location, and we enjoyed the most beautiful ocean views and sunsets. All of the comforts of home are provided in this spacious, and well stocked home. There is a beautiful kitchen with any and all appliances to cook and bake for your family. The living room and dining area offer a comfortable vibe, and is designed for lounging or entertaining. There are 3 bedrooms, with super comfortable beds in each. In the master suite, there is a large shower and jacuzzi tub. These owners have thought of everything from towels, soaps, extra razors, etc. You will be greeted with a private entry and enjoy ocean views from every room! There’s even a laundry room with a very quiet washer and dryer. The parking is very easy to navigate, and is right next to the elevator entry. You will enjoy a storage locker with all kinds of items to use on your beach days. This suite is on the top floor, so you really get a nice view. I cannot thank the owners enough for accommodating us and making us feel so at home. I will never stay anywhere else in Daytona! You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing Unit!

We stayed in Bill and Shelly's unit for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed everything. Bill was such a gracious and attentive host - we couldn't have asked for anything more. The condo had everything and anything you could possibly need right down to the toothpicks on the counter!!! The condo was very spacious and comfortable and all of Bill and Shelly's personal touches (the HUGE gift bag of goodies on the counter and all the little bags in each bedroom) made us feel so welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!!

Awesome and helpful

We had to book last minute due to hurricane Helene, and Bill was so helpful getting it all set. The condo was gorgeous, roomy, and homey. Plus, they had snacks there so we had something to eat after our travel and before we were able to shop. We even had a nice little surprise for each of us in our rooms. After 3 days, hurricane Milton developed and we had to cut our trip short. Once again, Bill was so helpful and understanding.

Penthouse on the beach!

Bill’s place was perfect. Great views from this top floor condo! Out family of 6 had more than enough space to satisfy everyone. Location was perfect and after a quick elevator ride to the main floor and to the pool you’re literally steps from the beach. The connected walkway from the pool area to the beach makes access a breeze! Thank you Bill. PS don’t forget to thank your sister for the welcome basket. This was such a pleasant surprise and satisfaction to quiet four hungry children instantly! We will definitely stay again in the future! Ray Webb

This was our second stay at this amazing condo, and it keeps getting better! The condo is spacious, clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your getaway. They have thought of everything and then some! Beautiful balcony views and so many thoughtful touches set this place apart from the rest. It just feels like home. Home away from home

Our family had a wonderful time on vacation. Prior to arrival, Bill was in communication with me about the details for check in which made things very smooth as well as during the trip, letting us know about the launch from Cape Canaveral. I never felt like I was bothering him if I had a question. The condo was very clean. They were very hospitable and had items on hand that we may have forgotten to pack. The beds were very comfortable. The location was great. They made us feel like we were home. I would definitely stay there again if we come back to the area.

Simply The Best!

We had the most wonderful stay at this amazing condo! Everything was perfect. It's spacious, clean, and completely stocked with anything you should need. Beautifully decorated interior and amazing balcony views. We felt right at home. We could not have chosen a better place for a couple's getaway that included a bit of family visitation. So many thoughtful touches within the condo and from the host (Bill) made it extra special! We can't thank you enough for sharing your place with us. This rental was amazing! Probably the best rental we have ever stayed in. Lots of space and luxury accommodations. Complex had a brand new pool deck, pool and hot tub. Whirlpool tub in master bath was nice. Great fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher that we used often. Full size washer and dryer perfect for keeping up with laundry and drying towels from being at the beach. The parking under the building was right next to the door and the unit was right by the trash room and by the elevator room with no noise! It would be convenient for those who can't walk a lot. We even played pool and arcade games in the club room. The arcade must be new as it is not pictured. Every single person we encountered working in this complex was very friendly and professional. There are only about 50 units so it is very quiet. All the visitors we encountered were nice as well. Bill has thought of absolutely everything that you would need. He was amazing at communicating! There were little extras just for us that really spoiled us. You can see the beach from every single bedroom and the kitchen and the dining room. The balcony was great and large. It was shady which would be great for hot weather. It was wonderful to have a view of the beach and the city with sunsets perfect at this time of year from the balcony. We were able to walk to the grocery store and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. May have been the most relaxing vacation we've ever had! See what I found?Thank you!!!!!

AMAZING!!

What can I say! This place was amazing. What sold me first was that Bill and Shelly provided everything you needed for fun on the beach. The condo is conveniently located. It's very spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a laundry room. They have thought of everything you might need. The pantry has tons of spices and basics that you need for cooking. They even had snacks and breakfast items waiting for us.The bathrooms have plenty of towels, soaps, lotions, razors, toothpaste, etc that you may have forgotten. We were surprised by our goodie bags left in each room. My kids were especially excited about those. Bill was always a text away and very helpful to suggest places to eat.
