Balcony is available! The balcony has a fantastic area for seating and eating.
Pool is currently closed due to construction.
Easy beach access is available on the southside of the condo building.

Our building will undergo its final phase of outside renovation over the next several months, it will be completed in August.

After these several months, our building will be completely refurbished on the exterior. A new steel seawall, pool, patio and street side exterior have already been completed.

This perfectly appointed, light and bright two-bedroom/2-bath condo can accommodate six guests.

The master suite has a king bed, private bath, walk-in closet, and dressing area that can also function as a desk. Sliding full-glass doors from the master allow access to the balcony to enjoy panoramic ocean views. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a walk-in closet. The family room also features access to the balcony.

Great place to stay right in the beach. Love the condo layout, very roomy and left like I was at home. Location is convenient access to entertainment around Daytona Beach. Would definitely stay her again once the new pool is finished.

It was a great place for us to stay for the races. Everything was just like the description said, kitchen was well stocked, bath rooms, living room were great. We really enjoyed the balcony drinking coffee in the morning and watching the sun rise. We though about camping but we're glad we found this place.

Absolutely nothing bad to say about our stay here. Very clean, comfortable beds, AMAZING view 😍 it was very convenient that beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and towels were all supplied, one less thing you have to worry about packing. The pool was nice, never to packed, the beach was clean. The host Gary got back to me fast with any questions I had. Definitely recommend staying here!

We loved the location. Everything was as said to be. The only draw back would be that the elevator was slow and one did not work while we were there. Not a real big deal since we were on the 3rd floor. Pool was nice and the ocean was just wonderful. Will definitely come back to this unit again. The unit was clean and well decorated.

Condo was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The only issue we noted was one chair on the balcony was broken, but we just didn't use that one as there were three others. Great week of vacation. One other caveat; if you drive a Suburban, the parking spot in the garage is difficult to get into, lol. We ended up using the outside parking for most of the trip when it was available.

The condo had everything we needed with all the comforts of home. The entire living space was as advertised and more. Everything we needed was provided. All you need is a swimsuit for the beach and pool. The property overall is well maintained. I would recommend this condo and hope to return very soon.

Had an amazing week staying at the condo. Views were amazing, especially the sunrises! Condo was perfect for what we needed. Only complaint was our friends said the beds in the guest room were extremely uncomfortable. Other then that, it was absolutely perfect. The area was nice and quiet, beaches weren’t packed and so many good restaurants in the area. Thank you for the wonderful week!

The storm did a lot of damage so there is no beach access from the building with the construction going on, that is the hurricane discount. You have to go to the neighbors and jump the fence that is chained shut or go to the public beach to get access. It is in a very good spot. Bring your own shampoo and soap.

Loved the property, loved the location. We just did like the check in and check out part. We can’t check in until 4:00 pm but the office is closed at 4:00 pm. Check out was the same, nobody there. The office personnel could have been more informative

We enjoyed our stay , we did find that the codo had roaches and reported this to management and no one ever came up to check this out. When we got home we threw away our luggage and re washed our clothes. We know this is Florida and this is an ongoing problem down there but someone could of checked it for us and maybe taken care of the problem before it spread to other units.

We arrived on a Saturday. Sunday, my husband had bites but we weren’t sure what was causing it. By the time we got home on Saturday he and my daughter were completely covered in bites. We then took photos ready to inform the condo owners. However, when we contacted them, they were slow to answer and only gave a short ended response to our situation… We are still waiting for another response. Would NOT stay in this condo again!!!

Master bed mattress not very comfortable. Master bath shower curtain needs replacing A/C did not cool as well as it should Window coverings in Master bedroom and living room need replacing with better heat resistance. Small bath shower needs some renovation. Other than these issues everything was great!

Upon walking into door was floored by how beautiful condo was. The view is simply amazing not only the ocean but being able to keep eye on my daughter in the pool from the balcony. The condo was completely stocked, with everything, to start us off. More than enough towels for beach,bathing and kitchen.I can't stress enough how well stocked and maintained this property is.Had everything we needed for beach. The cleaning staff does an excellent job,condo was spotless. The decor is absolutely beautiful. The complex employees are also very nice and helpful and the owner was extremely kind to us! The complex itself was very secure and well maintained. We hope to rent this condo in the future. After being in this condo all others just won't do! Thank- You to the owners for allowing us to stay in there beautiful home! Sherry and Don
