We offer families beautiful direct views of the Atlantic Ocean and our world famous beach… A spacious 2,848 sq ft. condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 & 1/2 baths… A deco-modern open concept layout: perfect for connecting with family and friends… Numerous amenities that include gourmet cooking equipment, 5 HDTVs, WI-FI, and elegantly comfortable Tommy Bahama Island furnishings. In addition we provide beach chairs, bodyboards, bikes, and beach toys. We are thrilled to offer our home for your next vacation. The views are spectacular from the large oceanfront balcony; you can view the Daytona Beach Pier 2 miles to the north and several miles of shoreline to the south; along with direct ocean views with dolphin and beachcombers. From the master bedroom, you'll see Sunrise over the Atlantic, and from the other two suites Sunset over the Halifax River. Each of our three bedrooms has its own private bath. We hope you will consider our spacious, cozy vacation home, professionally decorated and equipped with all the features you will need on your next vacation. The spectacular views start as soon as you walk into our home from a semi-private elevator, continuing through to the living room and onto a very large oceanfront private balcony. The oceanfront master suite, also offers a private entrance to the 500 square foot oceanfront balcony. The other suites open to their own private balcony where you will enjoy spectacular sunsets over the Intercoastal Waterway. In all there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bath, closet and HDTV. The living room features views of the ocean and a 75 inch LG TV with DVR. Wireless high-speed internet and a host premium TV channels is included. The gourmet kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment, gadgets, glasses, dishes and dishwasher, microwave and convection oven. We offer spectacular ocean views from the fitness center, the heated pool, as well as ocean views from the hot tub and fire-pit. There is a business center, a newly remodeled club room including a pool table, and a large screen TV. There is one enclosed marked parking spot with the unit, and for the months of Jun-Oct a second open space. We are proud of our multiple layers of security, with 24x7 security. The Daytona Beach Pier is 2 miles to the north, there you'll discover several great restaurants and the Band-Shell. Our condo is about 15 minutes from Daytona International Speedway and the Daytona International Airport, and less than 30 minutes to the LPGA Golf Courses. I wish I could leave pictures on this review, but waking up to the Atlantic and coffee each morning put me into a different relaxed state. My wife enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the waves in the master bedroom at night. Very spacious area, and accommodating for families, breakfast dinners, showers etc. We had friends stay in the King suite at the Hilton near us, they paid much more per night and they’re accommodations didn’t come close to this Ocean Vistas property. It was comforting to know that someone was just a text away during our stay. The pictures of the Condo do not do it justice. Not only were all the rooms spotless and beautifully decorated but also comfortable and perfectly laid out. There was plenty of room for family time together in the living room or finding a quiet spot to read a book. The baskets containing hygiene items in each bathroom made us feel very welcome. The living room and kitchen felt like a continuation of the deck with a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen is every woman's dream! From the wine fridge and separate ice maker to the huge pantry. Plenty of room for food and supplies and containing every kitchen utensil that we needed. It was the first time I preferred staying in the condo and the deck then going down to the ocean or pool. It was a great place to stay for the 4th of July. We watched fireworks from the deck facing the ocean and the deck facing the city. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay and were sad to leave. ##### Michelle B. We had a amazing week at this beautiful condo on the beach! Jim was awesome to deal with and we had zero issues. This beautifully decorated condo is massive and comes fully stocked with everything you need. Even the towels we perfect and there were plenty to go around!! It is a very secure and safe location for families and has the most beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean that you can get in Daytona. We couldn’t have had a more perfect time. This was a family vacation and since Im the mom(even though all my children are grown) I look for a place of luxury and safety.....The minute we drove up to the property I knew right away I had chosen the right place....When we arrived a young lady with one of the best personalities I have seen in awhile met us......Very respectful and she knew every thing we could possibly want to know about the condo and surrounding areas...The pictures on the website were exactly as described on webiste....But there is no way I can describe when we walked out onto the balcony and saw the Atlantic Ocean right outside...We were there a week and the beach was hardly ever crowded....The pool is heated , with lots of chairs and loungers(usually that is a problem).at other resorts....From the safety point of view there were keys which open the gate to the beach and the door to get into lobby of condo...If you are looking for a place to spend a week , go here you wont be disappointed ..It is every thing you need to relax, swim, eat, dance, and Universal Studios is just an hour away..... ##### paulette c.
