Just a stone's throw from Aruba is the Sunglow pier home to locally famous Crabby Joe's restaurant. Local surf shops, convenient stores, and beach parks are also within a short walking distance. The moment you enter this 12th floor, oceanfront condo you'll feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders. Enter the spacious living room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Comfortable furnishings and a smart television invite you to enjoy the breathtaking oceanfront views with family and friends. Host meals for the whole party in the cutting edge kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and an eat-in bar. The kitchen includes both a Keurig and standard coffee maker. The adjacent dining area is surrounded by windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This condo even includes a washer and dryer for added convenience! This condo boasts three spacious bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms. The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed with a television and large windows to take in the oceanfront views. The primary bathroom showcases a gorgeous, tiled shower and double vanity. Both of the guest bedrooms feature beautiful views of the Halifax River. The second bedroom holds a queen bed, television, and a connecting full bathroom. The full bathroom holds a shower/tub combo and contains an additional entrance. The third bedroom also has a queen bed. Follow the sound of the waves through the living room and onto your private, oceanfront balcony. Comfortable patio furnishings allow you to take in the joys of the ocean in privacy from only a few feet away from the sand. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed. The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back. The kitchen was so functional that we ate in all but 2 nights. The bed was comfortable. The furniture was in great shape and comfortable. The fridge had a water and ice dispenser. A roll of papertowels, rolls of toilet paper and a couple bars of hand soap were provided. The view was spectacular. We watched ospreys and pelicans fly by at eye level. Even a parasailor flew by. There were plenty of bath towels, beach towels and beach chairs for the 2 of us. The pool was warm and clean with lounge chairs. Aruba is in a great area with a Publix supermarket nearby. We have stayed in many condos at various beaches in Florida and my husband remarked, and I agreed, that this was his favorite! The view and the beach were beautiful and not overcrowded. The pool was nice and so was the hot tub. Plenty of space in the condo, the Balcony was big and provided a great ocean view! The pool is big and there were enough chairs. I have a spinal injury so I really appreciated the sloped walk to the beach access. Overall we LOVED the property , however it was not clean when we got there . There was an “adult” stain in the master bed , which I addressed with the property manager and there was also a roach found in one of the other bedrooms. That will not deter us from staying here again though in all honesty. It is a great property over all and we truly enjoyed our stay. ##### hayley K. The condo was beautifully styled and furnished. Very clean and new. Only suggestion we have is that the entrance codes for the pool door did not work. You needed the key. Why have a code pad if it won’t work if it’s locked with a key. A little inconvenient. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Ann M.
