The expansive oceanfront, seasonally heated pool is surrounded by designer pavers and native, lush Florida landscaping creating an oceanfront oasis. Other amenities include a spacious fitness center, electric car chargers, and a club room. Located just a couple blocks from the Dunlawton Bridge, Aruba Condominiums offers proximity to some of the areas best shopping and dining. Just a stone's throw from Aruba is the Sunglow pier home to locally famous Crabby Joe's restaurant. Local surf shops, convenient stores, and beach parks are also within a short walking distance. The moment you enter this 6th floor, oceanfront condo you'll feel the excitement and anticipation for all this unit has to offer! Enter the spacious living room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Luxurious furnishings a large, smart television, and even an electric fireplace invite you to enjoy the breathtaking oceanfront views with family and friends. Host meals for the whole party in the cutting-edge kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and an eat-in bar. Even the kitchen keeps the fun going with colorful, retro-style small appliances, dishes and utensils. The adjacent dining area seats also has 3 additional bar stools and is surrounded by windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The dining area doubles as a game room. The pool table shown in the photos is also conveniently converted back into a dining room table with plenty of seating. The table can also be converted to Table Tennis and even includes the balls and paddles! Mounted games complete the game room with basketball and Connect Four. This condo even includes a washer and dryer for added convenience! This condo boasts three spacious bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms. The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed with a television and large windows to take in the oceanfront views. The location is a perfect quieter neighborhood away from the boardwalk touristy part of town. The condo was clean and just as the pictures show. The 2 extra bedrooms could use some blackout curtains as the lights from the outside hallway are very bright in the rooms at night. All the extra games in the rooms were fun as well. The pool and hot tub were great with many chairs for space for everyone. It was nice having staff onsite during the day for any questions. I had a few questions here and there, they were quick to respond, without any irritation, which we appreciated so much! The theme of this condo suits the beach, the living room has a lights camera action theme. While there is a pool table that also a dinner table! The room we had had shades that aloud all the light in. So the two back berooms had lights shining in 24hours a day. The beds was very uncomfortable. The recliner on the couch didnt work. It was clean and all necessities were provided. The condo and view was amazing! The only thing I would change is the check in process. We had a long day of traveling and when we got there it felt like a treasure hunt to figure out codes to get in. We were exhausted and just wanted to get in. We had nothing to worry about getting as it was all furnished. It was truly an amazing experience, one that we will not forget. The owner's condo was beautiful, clean and the whole process was so easy and stress free. We didn't want to leave. I would recommend this Condo to everyone. It was first class all the way.
