Ocean Front, Luxurious 3/3 New Rental

This spacious condo is a haven for our family, and we want you to have the opportunity to enjoy it as well. We don't have reviews because we have not rented this condo before. We rented several others over the years but not this one. We will take good care of you. No worries!

With two large suites and a third bedroom and bathroom, it offers more than enough space to relax and soak in the ocean air. There are TVs in the two largest bedrooms and the living room, as well as WiFi, so you can stay connected, if you so choose.

The master suite is located off the large living room. The bedroom has a plush, king-sized bed and sliding glass doors (with black-out curtains!), so you can enjoy the beauty of the beach as you wake up each morning. The master bath features a large tub with jets and a walk-in shower, as well as a double vanity and walk-in closet.

The second master suite also has a jetted tub, double vanity, and a walk-in closet. The bedroom features a Sleep Number king-sized bed and sliding glass doors that lead to a tea porch for viewing that sunset sky.

The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and plenty of closet space. It's located across the hall from its own bathroom.

A large balcony allows you to enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the sunrise over the ocean.

The condo has a full laundry room for your convenience. It also has a storage closet for beach equipment, board games, DVDs, and other beach items. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your meals at the beach. It has a dining table to seat eight, then additional bar seating. The granite countertops and stainless steel appliances lend luxury to your perfect vacation. There is also a wine bar and wine cooler for all of your extras.

The condo building is incredibly quiet and well-maintained. It has a large outdoor pool and hot tub that overlook the beach and an updated exercise room with weights, weight machines, and cardio equipment. With direct access to the beach, the condo is located on a no-drive portion of Daytona Beach.

You'll have a reserved parking spot in the parking garage. Additional parking is located in a lot adjacent to the building.

It's an easy walk on the beach to local restaurants for breakfast.
