The Condo was just what we needed for our vacation. Nice big balcony. The views were great. The Host was very prompt at return messages and even cam out on a Sunday to make the two beds into a King bed for us (I forgot to ask prior to us getting there. The pool and Hot Tub were still under construction but the Host gave us an option to go to another resort to use their pool. We were not at the condo very much basically to sleep there.

Disclosure

It was a great place to stay. However, there was so much construction and renovation going on that is was all we could hear. During the day was so noisy and loud. If that would have been disclosed when I rented it, I don’t think I would have done it. I wanted to relax and hear the ocean.

Very clean and beautifully decorated condo with view of ocean and river.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Daytona visit in this lovely condo. Kitchen was large and had everything we needed The leather sofas in living room were very comfortable. The king size bed in the master bedroom was soooo awesome. I have some back issues and usually wake up with a very stiff back in the morning, but I had no problems the whole time I was here. The condo was beautifully and tastefully decorated. It is very close to a Publix, Walgreens and a lot of interesting looking restaurants across the street. The pool area is nice with a hot tub. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony in the morning and drinks in the afternoon. Never having been to Daytona Beach, I was amazed to see speed limit signs and cars driving on the beach. The Sand Dollar was a very safe place to stay. The underground parking is a little intimidating at first but once you get use to it, it's ok. There's also the option of parking on the main level. Room key is needed to get back in the building and to get into the elevator room. All employees were very friendly and helpful.

This condo is absolutely gorgeous! It is definitely a beach lover's dream place! Everything was so clean & immaculate, kitchen was fully stocked with anything that you needed to cook in, linens were such beautiful colors & so fresh, views from the balconies amazing! Jennifer was a wonderful host & we will definitely be staying there again. The pool had reopened, but we are beach people, so we didn't use it. The outdoor furniture is very nice for we did take advantage of sitting outside one afternoon.

Owners were exceptional. Kept in touch with us as needed. Condo was amazing. Views were amazing We rented a golf cart and traveled all over and on the beach. Lots of good eats. People friendly. Found a few locals bars/pubs which was fun Definitely would rent again !!!!

Daytona beach shores Sand Dollar

We had a great stay with our family of 4. The storm brought in rough waves but it was fun. The pool was never crowded when we wanted to relax but still view the ocean. The balcony faced the ocean, the lot, and the river.

Perfect Place for Our Girls' Getaway

First of all, the check-in process was a breeze. Jennifer made it very easy by sending me the keys in the mail two weeks ahead of time, along with some information about the property and the area. When we arrived, we were delighted. The condo is very clean and comfortable. My daughter, my sister, and I came for the beach, and this was a great location for that! The condo was the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and everything was very clean! I loved the view of the ocean and the river; sitting on the balcony in the evenings was absolutely beautiful. I also enjoyed getting up at sunrise and walking on the beach. Beautiful location to enjoy the sunrise!! My pictures are breathtaking! I appreciated how Jennifer called me a few days before departure to go through instructions. She also texted me the day of arrival. It was nice having her number for questions. It is clear they take pride in providing a great experience for their guests. Five stars! Highly recommend!

Beach rental 905 Sand Dollar condo

Beautiful beach condo. We had views of the ocean, beach, street, and river. Really something to see at all times. Quiet and very restful. Everything you need to make your visit great. Great Vacation, Great Condo

We have been vacationing in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores for many years. Our experience with Tricia and Tim’s condo was exceptional. The rental process was easy and our stay trouble free. The condo has a great layout. Very comfortable, exceptionally clean, and nicely decorated making you feel like you are at home away from home. We loved the corner unit and the balcony that has amazing views of the beach and the Halifax River. Parking in the underground, secure garage was very nice. It is in a great location, close to restaurants, shopping, and a new Publix grocery store within walking distance. We will not hesitate to stay again and am confident your stay will be a memorable one.

Great Property and Location

We arrived late on Saturday and the instructions were perfect for getting settled in. Condo is centrally located with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Publix is close enough to walk to but you will likely want to drive the first time to stock up for the week. We loaded them everything into grocery carts in the parking garage to get them to the room. This was a very nice touch. Don't be surprised by the mirrors in the room. You get to the point where you forget they are there and they add to the light airy feel. The views were great and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to restaurants including Crabby Joe's located on the pier a little over a mile south via the beach except at high tide. The owners were very easy to work with and we would definitely stay with them again.

Refreshing Getaway

After searching through a variety of vacation spots, I am thrilled we decided upon the Sand Dollar Condo. The Atlantic Ocean was a perfect setting to escape the frigid Iowa winters! We enjoyed long walks on the beach each morning and took in many of the local sights and attractions. If you choose this location, be sure to dine at the Boondocks Restaurant and the Cracked Egg. You won't be disappointed.

Absolutley, perfect vacation

Tricia and Tim, thanks for providing such a beautiful, very clean and well maintained condo for our vacation, we were worried about going down right after hurricane Irma, but everything was in order with no damage to the condo, only regret we had was having to leave at the end of the week, but look forward to staying there again soon.
