This immaculate studio condo in The Daytona Beach Resort is in the heart of Daytona Beach across from the Bellair shopping plaza with a grocery store, retail shopping, Walgreens, lots of dining options including an ice cream parlor. King size bed and futon for an extra space to sleep . Fun beachy decor makes this unit bright and cheery.
Just 2 miles from Main Street, Daytona Lagoon, stylish space.
Unwind in Daytona Beach at this soothing condo. With a cozy living room featuring a king bed and sofa bed, guests can relax and recharge after a day of exploring. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Daytona Beach. The Unit is complete with everything you need! Fully stocked kitchen, large comfy bed, smart TV

We are located 8 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral.

Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion!

New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone!

If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area.

The great thing about Florida, you can explore lots of different places all in a days journey!

Excellent Location and Accommodation

Donna provides you with an excellent summary, an instruction and detailed statements which help you find the unit, gain access, and the interior suggestions. I would stay in this unit again if I were going to visit Daytona again.

Golf break

We stayed here to do some sightseeing and play golf. Both turned out well. Nice apartment, clean and the bed was very comfortable

Decent stay

Building is dated and lobby/elevators dirty. No facilities available. Indoor and outdoor pools empty and doors to outdoor patio/pool padlocked. Condo was fairly clean but mold on ceiling in bathroom, stained tub and counters. TV remote had no batteries so I purchased so could use TV. Curtains stained. Floor was clean and updated.
