Enter the spacious living room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Comfortable furnishings and a smart television invite you to enjoy the breathtaking oceanfront views with family and friends. Host meals for the whole party in the cutting edge kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and an eat-in bar. The adjacent dining area is surrounded by windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This condo even includes a washer and dryer for added convenience! This condo boasts four spacious bedrooms and 3 luxury bathrooms. The oceanfront master suite hosts a king bed with a television and large windows to take in the oceanfront views. The master bathroom showcases a gorgeous, tiled shower and double vanity. The second and third bedrooms each hold a queen bed, television, and a connecting full bathroom. One of the full bathroom contains an additional entrance. The fourth bedroom also boasts a queen bed which includes a television as well. Follow the sound of the waves through the living room and onto your private, oceanfront balcony. Comfortable patio furnishings allow you to take in the joys of the ocean in privacy from only a few feet away from the sand. Have a large group? We also manage the unit directly next door. Contact us for details. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed. The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back. We had stayed in another unit of the building previously and thought we knew what to expect. Beautiful views, safe and clean. We were disappointed in the provisions for our stay. For example, there were only two dishwasher tabs and half a small bottle of dish soap. We bought the identical bottle of dish soap for $1.89 and wondered why either a full bottle or half a regular sized bottle was not provided. The vacuum worked fine but there were no other cleaning supplies available. Over the week we wanted to clean the kitchen, bathrooms and floors. One would think that the owners would want that too. We also ran out of toilet paper. There was no salt, pepper sugar or any other basic condiments. The beach locker had so many chairs,floats, etc. and we left sand toys and tubes behind as well. Perfect vacation in a perfect place! Walking to dinner at Crabby Joe’s on the pier which was a plus.
