Experience state of the art facilities in scenic Daytona Beach Shores. The Aruba boasts an assigned parking space per unit with additional first-come-first-serve parking spaces. The expansive oceanfront, seasonally heated pool is surrounded by designer pavers and native, lush Florida landscaping creating an oceanfront oasis. Other amenities include a spacious fitness center, electric car chargers, and a club room. Located just a couple blocks from the Dunlawton Bridge, Aruba Condominiums offers proximity to some of the areas best shopping and dining. Just a stone's throw from Aruba is the Sunglow pier home to locally famous Crabby Joe's restaurant. Local surf shops, convenient stores, and beach parks are also within a short walking distance. The moment you enter this 5th floor, oceanfront condo you'll feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders. Enter the spacious living room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Comfortable furnishings and a smart television invite you to enjoy the breathtaking oceanfront views with family and friends. Host meals for the whole party in the cutting edge kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and an eat-in bar. The primary bathroom showcases a gorgeous, tiled shower and double vanity. The second bedroom holds a queen bed, television, and a connecting full bathroom. The full bathroom holds a shower/tub combo and contains an additional entrance. The third bedroom has the ability to sleep up to 4 guests with a twin over full bunk bed and a trundle bed. Comfortable patio furnishings allow you to take in the joys of the ocean in privacy from only a few feet away from the sand. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed. The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. It was clean for the most part. The top of the fridge was pretty dusty but everything else was clean. The bed in the master was uncomfortable. There was no box spring, only a piece of plywood and you could feel it. The mattress seemed worn out. It dipped in on the sides and there was a big lump in the middle. The furniture was also on the small side. The communication was awesome. Every thing was gated and I felt very safe. There were plenty of towels and even beach towels. If you cook while on vacation like we do, (weird, I know), you might want to bring some pans and such with you. There were a few but needed more. Aruba and condo 503 is gorgeous! It’s so cool that it is brand new, and it is in a great location at Daytona Beach Shores. We have stayed at Ormond by the Sea for decades, but the beaches south of Daytona have much prettier sand. We also ate at The North Turn and Aunt Catfish’s which was SO much fun! Aunt Catfish’s even had a playground for the kids while waiting! Brilliant idea!!! Really, really great food! Before, we intended on going but ran out of time. This year, we could see it from the condo across the bridge. 503 is professionally decorated and is definitely upscale. I’m really big on reviews, and base my decisions on what others write. I love this condo! However, I held my breath about parking. You have a designated spot in the garage. You’ll have a car tag to park on the open lot above ground. We did fine, but they say in July it’s much busier. (We went the first of June.) The washer and dryer is easy and fun to keep everything clean. The beds are alright, but not very comfy though. They are pretty, though. Master mattress sags really bad.. The big closet is perfect for your stuff and keep the room looking pretty all the time. The open shower is really cool! My biggest concern is having a little one (3 year old) and cars on the beach. She did fine, but you must be on high alert at all times. The pool is rectangular and not many chairs. We enjoyed watching from our balcony. The Aruba has four bed units on the ends ending in 1, 2, 6, and 7\. The corners 2 and 6 would definitely be something to consider as they are ocean front.
