The expansive oceanfront, seasonally heated pool is surrounded by designer pavers and native, lush Florida landscaping creating an oceanfront oasis. Other amenities include a spacious fitness center, electric car chargers, and a club room. Located just a couple blocks from the Dunlawton Bridge, Aruba Condominiums offers proximity to some of the areas best shopping and dining. Just a stone's throw from Aruba is the Sunglow pier home to locally famous Crabby Joe's restaurant. Local surf shops, convenient stores, and beach parks are also within a short walking distance. The moment you enter this first floor, oceanfront condo you'll feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders. Enter the spacious living room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Comfortable furnishings with recliners and a smart television invite you to enjoy the breathtaking oceanfront views with family and friends. The living room also includes two, brand-new reclining chairs that aren't yet pictured. Host meals for the whole party in the cutting edge kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and an eat-in bar. Please note that the primary closet is locked and used as an owner's closet so it's not available to guests.The primary bathroom showcases a gorgeous, tiled shower and double vanity. The primary bathroom does include grab bars in both the shower and at the toilet for accessability. The second bedroom holds a queen bed, television, and a connecting full bathroom. The full bathroom holds a shower/tub combo and contains an additional entrance. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a television. Comfortable patio furnishings allow you to take in the joys of the ocean in privacy from only a few feet away from the sand. A convenient, yet secure, gate affords you the ultimate convenience offering direct access to the pool and beach without ever going through the front door. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed. The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. We will be booking again! When I say it was wonderful and well worth the money for what we got I mean it literally. This condo was one of many we have stayed in but this one was above and beyond other's we have experienced. They had ample towels, beach towels, dishwasher pods and soa, cookware and so much more. If vert well may have been previous families paying it forward but just the basics provided were more than expected. The view from the living room of the water was definitely our favorite spot during the day. The rooms were very large and accommodating. Coming from NYC, it was awesome to have a bathroom right off the bedroom in two of the three rooms. Kitchen was very large and tidy. Washer and dryer were life saving as we packed back up for our drive back to NYC. Although the pool was inactive, it was actually nice not having people right outside of our window. During the stay we only noticed on two occasions people working on the pool outside and they were very polite. We had an issue the beginning of the week with sand fleas, but this was quickly responded by the owner within two days. Although we didn't have kids with us, I recommend this location to people with children as they have many children's pool toys available. If you are okay with no pool and PERFECT (and safe) beach access this is the place to book! ##### Tara M. Right in front of the pool and right by the gate for the beach entrance. It was awesome. Plenty of room and everything you need in the kitchen to make your meals. We had a first floor condo with a walk out patio that also walked out to the pool. Loved the easy access of it all, especially with having kids. We had the best vacation week ever at this condo. Communication was great. They sent us all the information and have an app for the whole rental check in and check out process. Called after hours on a Friday night no one called back all week. So our parking space was 60 in the basement garage - looked and looked all spaces were marked on the wall except 60-61 were printed on the floor - Stupid but it was probably in the packet we never received. WOW The details in the decor from the front door to the patio set the tone for a relaxing beach stay. Even though the beach access is currently suspended, the walk to the beach is short and scenic. The patio is sits overlooking the beach with an uninterrupted view. We have vacationed at many different places through popular apps, with that being said what you pay for isn't always what you get. At the Aruba the furniture is arranged to provide ample seating with comfort at the forefront. We all slept well and my wife and were surprised at the quality in the pillows. We felt that this stay far exceeded our expectations and I'm happy that I booked our beach stay at the Aruba this year. We are already planning our next stay. ##### Daniel H.
