I wrote a long comment in the guest book. We loved watching the deer, turkeys, and the beautiful sunsets! Your team is friendly, professional and helpful. The young man who cleaned our hot tub offered to take the garbage. He was so kind.

Our favorite features were the fireplace, the hottub, the many couches and seating, the kitchen, the view, and the many sleeping arrangements. We absolutely LOVED the place!! Matt was responsive to my questions and very helpful.

Our kids and grandkids say that this was their favorite rental yet. This is my tenth annual labor day weekend at Canaan Valley. At lease the last seven have been with Mountaintop. We have always been please with your friendly staff and good work ethics. We will continue to use Mountaintop for ever.

The Neighbors were quite obnoxious and irritating during the day and evening. Running around on their 4x4 and setting off fireworks on the road. Some of the wall hangs in the cabin are in need of some TLC as there are certain fixtures beginning to fall off the wall. N/A

The views were beautiful, the yard games were a nice plus. I would say that I think enough money is spent on our stay that the soaps can be filled instead of watered down. Every bathroom soap in the house we had was barely filled and what was in it was clearly diluted with water as well. But that's such a small thing that we dealt with it and had an amazing time as a family! I actually never worked with anyone in person since we checked in on a Sunday and checked out at 8 AM, but my emails were answered quickly!

We saw a lot of deer, hiked all around the local trails and had a great time! The views of the property are great. We never had any issues that we needed to talk to the property manager about, but the check in instructions and directions were helpful!

The property that we stayed in was one of the nicest places we've ever been to, honestly. The space was clean, there were plenty of amenities, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the views were breathtaking. We'll definitely have to come back again soon!
