The room was very large with a comfortable seating area and a very comfortable queen sized bed. Air conditioning worked well and kept the room at a nice temperature. Food was available on the 5th floor in a clean and tidy dining room and we were served by pleasant staff. We needed to visit the Davao Maritime Academy and the hotels location was spot on….only a 20peso tricycle ride away. It’s even closer the Gaisano Grand Shopping Mall with its many outlets. The staff we very friendly and helpful, they were very polite too. We paid around 4,300 peso for our three bedded room for one night.
